Ready for a little local flavor? We’ve poured our hearts into crafting Ebb + Flow Vodka and Gin — the first craft spirits to be distilled in Seattle since Prohibition. We make our spirits one slow batch at a time, with hometown pride.

Ebb + Flow Vodka is a single malt vodka made from 100% Washington Palouse Malted Barley that has notes of vanilla and just a hint of natural sweetness.

Ebb + Flow Gin is amazing to sip, but is also crafted to bring out the best in classic cocktails, with a rich balance of flavors: herbal, citrus and spice.

Sound Spirits Aquavit is a traditional Scandinavian spirit - caraway, dill, coriander, fennel and anise.

Sound Spirits Old Tom Gin has less juniper, but more spice than our Ebb+Flow Gin.  We rest it on oak for a month, which gives it a lovely color and an amazing flavor.

Sound Spirits "Vow of Silence" Herbal Liqueur comes from a centuries old French recipe.  It is unique and complex and will amaze your taste buds.
